Application Guidelines

Our Funding Process

To qualify for direct funding consideration, please ensure the following minimum
guidelines are adhered to:

Minimums: $10 Million+ USD in combined equity and debt ask for funding.

Industry: Although we are generally industry agnostic, the business location and target market segment are pivotal to deal viability.

Funds: The principal team must be capable of covering the closing costs of the deal, including due diligence, legal, and structuring costs.

Seed Capital: The business or project must have initial capital invested by you, your team, and/or other investors. The minimum required amount will depend on the deal and industry. We do not consider 100% financing requests.

Process Overview:

Preliminary review of provided information by our Internal Due Diligence Team. If deemed financeable, proposal presented to our Executive Team. Conference call with Principals and key team members. Issuance of Review and Term Sheet upon satisfactory completion of the call. Preparation and signing of Formal Agreement upon acceptance of proposed terms and costs. Due Diligence stage, which may include:

Valuation Report Appraisal Report (if Real Estate is involved)

Economic Viability Report Market Studies

Complete audit of the Project

Due Diligence reports are prepared by reputable professional with distinguished experience in providing professional services to international accounting and consulting firms.

Upon successful completion of Due Diligence, legal and accounting closing costs can be anticipated prior to funding. Costs will vary depending on the size and scope of the Project and financing requirements.
